Sri N. Vasudeva Reddy, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation submitted that after passing of the order by this court to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment under bread winner scheme, the 2nd respondent examined the case of the petitioner and by proceedings dated 29.09.2015 rejected his case on the ground that the petitioner is not eligible for the post of Conductor o r Shramik, as he has not possessed the requisite educational qualifications.
