ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the proceedings, dated 23.02.2015, of respondent No.5 as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr.Dilip Naik K., learned counsel representing Mr.Kalyan C.R., learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.8866 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
