THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 23275 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, grievance of petitioner is, inaction of the second respondent - Nagaram Municipality, rep. by its Commissioner, Nagaram Village, Keesara Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, in considering his representation dated 24.06.2019 for grant of permission or refund of the amount paid by him through challan dated 23.10.2017 for sanction of construction permission.

Considering the nature of grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2019 in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand disposed of.
