This appeal pertaining to the year 2009 is filed by the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (A.P.S.R.T.C.) now Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (T.S.R.T.C.) contending that the compensation awarded by the Tribunal is excessive.

2. Though the matter is coming up under the caption "For Dismissal", the learned standing counsel for the appellant is not present.
