THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11124 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the proceedings dated 04.06.2009 rejecting the case of appointment on compassionate grounds consequent to the medically decategorised Ex-Head Constable of the Railway Protection Force, who voluntarily retired on 28.08.2007. Sri T.S.Venkata Ramana, advocate, filed counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents.

The Railway Protection Force is a part of Railway administration and the matters relating to the railways should go to the Central Administrative Tribunal. In view of the same, this Court is not having jurisdiction.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy available under law. No order as to costs.
