THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5990 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the second respondent in not furnishing the certified copies of the documents sought by the petitioner vide application dated 17.12.2016 and in not extending time for further hearing on objections and concluding the process of hearing within four days pursuant to Notification, dated 05.12.2016. After filing of this writ petition, it appears that the second respondent is willing to furnish the certified copies for which the petitioner deposited the requisite fees. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent submits that the documents will be dispatched today by Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due to the addressed given by the petitioner.

In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be given some time after receipt of the documents to file objections. Since this Court feels that the request of the petitioner is proper, the petitioner is given time till 31.03.2017 for filing objections, if any, to the hearing conducted by the second respondent for enhancement of reservations for the socially and educationally backward communities among Muslims in educational institutions and employment in the State of Telangana. It is needless to observe that on receipt of such objections, the second respondent shall consider the same and make necessary observations in the report to be submitted to the Government. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 22.03.2017 Note: Issue CC by 23.03.2017.
