Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the father of the petitioners was the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Acs.2.20 guntas in Survey No.225 of Musipatla Village, Mothkur Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District, having purchased the same under a registered sale deed dated 16.08. 1965 vide document No.495 of 1965 and after demise of the father of the petitioners, the petitioners herein claimed to have succeeded to the said extent of land. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in spite of repeated requests made by the petitioners seeking mutation of the said extent of land in their names, the same is not being considered by the respondents and even after introduction of Dharani Portal, the same is not updated in the names of the petitioners. Therefore, the petitioners claimed to have submitted an online application bearing No.LM2200O 181 10, dated 23.03.2022 and even after
.,) submission of the said online application and after lapse of more than four months, the said application is not considered and the same is kept pending with the respondents. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for passing appropriate orders directing the respondents to consider the application submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law. 3.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that if the online application submitted by the petitioners is in order, the same would be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.

Taking into consideration the submissions made on either side, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the online application bearing No.LM22OO018110, dated 23.O3.2O22, submitted by the petitioners lor mutation of their names in the revenue records in respect of land admeasuring Acs.2.20 guntas in Survey No.225 situated at Musipatia Village, Mothkur Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is further directed that respondent No.2, while considering the application of the petitioners, shall put all the
persons rnterested on notice and then pass appropriate orders, as directed above.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
