Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that cause in the writ petition does not survive any longer and seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty.

Permission is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in case fresh cause of action arises.
