Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that as the respondent filed O.P.No.145 of 2018 under Section 13(1)(1a)(1b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, O.P.No.58 of 2016 filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act by the respondent before the Senior Civil Judge, Kadiri, has become infructuous. Therefore, no orders need in this transfer civil miscellaneous petition and the same is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
Recording the above submission, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructious.
