Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, for respondents. 2.

The grievance of petitioner is that notice under Section 15(2) of Act 30 of 2013, which was issued to petitioner, does not mention any details about the purpose for which the lands of petitioner are sought to be acquired.

Since this contention was correct, the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition was asked to supply copy of Section 11(1) notification to the counsel for petitioner. 4.

To-day, the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition has supplied copy of the notification issued under Section 11(1) of the Act to the counsel for petitioner.

In view of the same, the petitioner is granted four (04) weeks' time from today to file objections under Section 15(2) of Act 30 of 2013 before the 5th respondent.

The 5th respondent shall consider the said objections in accordance with law and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
