When the matter was listed on 04.11.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, as such, this court directed the writ petition to be posted under the caption 'For Dismissal'.

Today also, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner herein has no interest in prosecuting the writ petition. In view of the above, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence.
