This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in issuing the auction notification dated 04.04.2013 in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.10-39 cents in Survey No.58 of K.O. Agraharam village, Kotananduru Mandal, East Godavari district, without considering the petitioners possession and enjoyment over the said land. As seen from the material papers filed along with the Writ Petition, the auction is for the years 2013-14 to 2015-16 and that the said period has already elapsed. Apart from that, learned counsel for the first respondent Temple submits that as there is no interim direction in the Writ Petition, auction was conducted pursuant to the auction notice and that the land was handed over to the highest bidder and, in view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
