JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No. 28224 OF 2015 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Srikanth, after making submissions for a considerable length of time, would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to pursue the remedy available with the government by making a suitable representation for consideration of the government. He requests that the government may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner without being influenced by the fact that the O.A. instituted by her has already been dismissed by the Tribunal. Preserving the said liberty, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand dismissed.
