THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 163 of 2015 P.C: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) This writ appeal is directed against the order, dated 28.01.2015, disposing of W.P.No.1130 of 2015 filed by the appellant challenging the order, dated 28.11.2014, whereby she was terminated as Anganwadi Worker.

We have perused the order of the learned Single Judge and it appears therefrom that learned counsel for the appellant had pointed out that an appeal filed by the appellant against the order dated 28.11.2014 was pending before the Collector, and in view thereof, learned Judge disposed of the writ petition observing that the Collector should dispose of the appeal expeditiously.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Collector submits that the appeal filed by the appellant is still pending and it will be heard and decided by the Collector within six weeks from today. His statement is recorded and accepted. In view thereof, learned counsel for the appellant does not press this appeal.

Writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed. It is needless to mention that the Collector shall consider and decide the appeal on merits in accordance with law and shall communicate his order to the appellant within four weeks from the date of decision. All contentions of the parties are kept open. If the order of the Collector is adverse to the appellant, it is open for her to take appropriate remedy against the said order. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
