OFFICE NOTE 13.10.2023 KS,J IA.No.1 OF 2023 This application is filed seeking to relax the following condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.8329 of 2023 dt.06.09.2023:- "The petitioner/Accused shall appear before the concerned police on every Monday and Wednesday for a period of 8 weeks at 10.00 a.m or until the charge sheet is filed, whichever is earlier".

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has completed III-IT in Computer Science from Allahabad and in search of Job, he need to travel different locations, as such he is facing difficult in attending the police station and seeks relaxation of the said condition. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.P.8329 of 2023 dt.06.09.2023, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Jawaharnagar, Rachakonda on every Monday for a period of four weeks between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
