When the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader for Fisheries has placed on record a letter bearing Lr.No.Court cases/2018, dated 19.06.2018, addressed to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Fisheries. In the said letter, it is stated as follows: "It is submitted that the petitioner got permission for setting up of new fish tank vide PRF NO31800032922 in an extent of 27.72 Acs as per the procedure of G.O.Ms.No.7, Dt.16.03.2013.

In this connection, it is submitted that due to some local objections, the Tahsildar, Kallidindi had objected the petitioner not to excavate the fish pond. Now the objections were settled hence it is submitted that nobody will obstruct the petitioners in their work of excavation, as permission issued by the District Level Committee."

Having regard to the above instructions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to interfere with the process of excavation of fish tank by the petitioners as per the Certificate of Provisional Registration. It is further made clear that if the petitioners contravene the terms of the Provisional Registration or any Rules or instructions of the Government, it is open for the respondents to take action as per law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no .order as to costs.
