This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ Corporate Debtor aggrieved by the order dated 27.09.2019 passed in CP(IB) No.374/ 07/ HDB/ 2019 by the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad.

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ Corporate Debtor, learned counsel for the respondent/ Financial Creditor and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the Tribunal has rightly passed the impugned order. He further submits that this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the revision. 4.
In view of the above submissions, if the revision petitioner intends to assail the impugned order, he has to file an appeal before the appellate Tribunal.

Under these circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
