HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.15166 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A.2 to A.5 seek to quash the proceedings in FIR No.66 of 2013 of Mirdoddi Police Station, Medak District, which was registered for the offences under Sections 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter, dated 18.04.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Mirdoddi Police Station, Medak District, and submitted that the case has been ended in acquittal on 17.12.2015.

No representation for learned counsel for petitioner. In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
