THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No. 437 of 2009 ORDER:

A perusal of the proceeding sheet discloses that on 16.12.2019, this Court having noted that there was no representation on behalf of petitioner, directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 24.12.2019, on which date, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, as such, the matter was adjourned to 31.12.2019 under the same caption.

It is to be noted that Sri G. Rama Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter dated 17.01.2020 to the Registry stating that he has not charged any fee with regard to this case, as, the petitioner is a retired Central Government employee and that in spite of his best efforts, the petitioner is not coming forward to give instructions.

In those circumstances, as there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and as the learned counsel for the petitioner is no longer interested to assist the Court, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
