Heard Sri K.Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri E.Madan Mohan Rao, learned counsel for respondents 4 and 6.
The petitioner complains against the inaction of respondents 1 to 3 in conducting enquiry into the affairs of 4th respondent Society as illegal.
The writ petition was admitted on 15-11-2006 and no interim order was granted.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the passage of time, the petitioner may not be interested in pursuing the writ petition in this Court and requests liberty to avail remedies, if any, available in law before respondent Nos.1 to 3. Having regard to the limited submission, the writ petition is disposed of, by living it open to the petitioner to work out remedies available under the A.P.Co-operative Societies Act, 1964. No order as to costs.
