Respon d enUCom pla ina nt Whereas the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, presented this Revision Case under Sections 397 & 401 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grqunds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to allow the Criminal Revision Case bf setting aside the Order, dated. 06-06-20'18 made in Crl.M.P.No. 612 of 2018 in Criminlt Appeal No. 99 of 2018 on the file of the court of the Judge, Family Court-cum-Vl Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kadapa, YSR District against the order, dated. 03-05-2018 made in CC.No. 80/2016 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Kadapa, YSR District in so far as condition to deposit 1/4th of the cheque amount for suspension of the sentence.

And whereas the High Court, upon perusing the Revision Case and memo of grounds filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V.R.Reddy Kovvuri, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor (AP) for the Respondent No.1, directed issue of notice to Respondent No.2 herein to show cause as to why this criminal revision case should not be admitted.
