THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4110 of 2014 ORDER:

Mr.M.Balaraju, learned counsel, appearing for counsel for the petitioner, informs the Court that they have already given up the brief to the petitioner along with no objection Vakalat in the year 2017 itself.

Though the petitioner has taken the brief from his counsel, from the cause list it is evident that the petitioner is not entered appearance either in person or through any other counsel. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter diligently. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
