ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside notification, dated 08.11.2012 of respondent No.1.

At the hearing, Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the latter died recently and that therefore, the writ petition has abated.

In the light of the fact that the sole petitioner died, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.45632 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
