THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 13407 of 2004 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents.

2. This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents in laying road in the lands of the petitioner in Survey Nos.338-1, 338-4 and 338-5 of Puttaparthi Revenue village, Puttaparthi mandal, Ananthapur district, without following due process of law.

3. This Court, by order dated 30.07.2004 in WPMP No.17172 of 2004, directed that the possession of petitioner over the land shall not be disturbed without following due process of law.

4. Even after ten years, no counter affidavit is filed.

5. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of by recording the order dated 30.07.2004 as the final order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
