HCJ & AAR, J F.C.A. No. 214 of 2019 Dt: 16-12-2019 Judgment: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This appeal is filed against order and decree dated 25-06-2019, in F.C.O.P. No. 1226 of 2016, on the file of the Judge, Additional Family Court at Hyderabad.

Mr. M. Srinivas Reddy, the learned counsel for the appellant, seeks liberty to withdraw this appeal. He has addressed letter dated 12-12-2019, to the Registry in this regard. Therefore, the appeal is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed as infructuous.
