THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO.1416 OF 2018 ORDER: (per SK,J) The respondent is present in person.

This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 25.04.2018 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2017 in W.A.No.1868 of 2017. By the said order, this Court granted interim suspension of the order dated 25.07.2017 issued by the District Collector and Chairman, Bal Bhavan, Hyderabad District, whereby the fifth respondent was promoted to the post of Superintendent, Bal Bhavan, Hyderabad District.

While so, Sri Andapalli Sanjeev Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader, would inform this Court that by proceedings dated 24.10.2018, the District Collector and Chairman, Bal Bhavan, Hyderabad District, has given effect to the interim suspension granted by this Court by reverting the fifth respondent in the writ petition to the post of Dance Instructor with effect from 25.04.2018.
