Sri S. Gopal Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 09.10.2015 to the Registry stating that as his client had been appointed as a Staff Assistant in the Guntur District Co-operative Central Bank Limited by proceedings dated 26.03.2010, he had been instructed to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
