THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO. 4082 OF 2013 ORDER:

This revision is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to pass appropriate orders on the ground that the Advocates at Visakhapatnam were on 'Samaikhyandhra Agitation' during those days and the Advocates were not allowing any party in person to appear before the Court and therefore, he approached this Court.

Samaikhyandhra Agitation was over about three years ago. Therefore, this Court need not pass any orders. However, the Registry is directed to return the plaint and other material papers to the Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, to register the plaint, if it is otherwise in order and pass appropriate orders.
