HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITON No. 27104 of 2003 O R D E R:

The above writ petition is filed seeking to issue writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not filling up the posts of Junior Plant Attendants and other equivalent grade in KTPS-V stage by following G.O.Ms.No.97, dated 18.10.2001, as adopted by APGENCO vide G.O.O.No.51/ GM9A)/ 2002, dated 03.05.2002 and further proceedings to fill up the vacancies with non-tribal candidates by depriving the petitioners in spite of their highest marks in ITI as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter came up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioners are apprehending that the respondents may not follow the terms of G.O.Ms.No.97, dated 18.10.2001, while filling up the post of Junior Plant Attendants, which aspect cannot be gone into by this court. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to fill up the post of Junior Plant Attendants in terms of G.O.Ms.No.97, dated 18.10.2001.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
