09.03.2022 LK,J I.A.No. 1 of 2022 This Application is filed seeking relaxation of condition No. 2 imposed vide order dated 11.11.2021. While granting bail, this Court directed the petitioner to report before Hasanparthy Police Station, Warangal District on first and third Saturdays of every month between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. till completion of investigation and filing of final report.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is complying with the said condition. As most of the investigation is completed and as the petitioner is facing lot of hardship in view of his occupation to attend before the police, learned counsel submits that the said condition may be modified.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition and investigation is completed and they are awaiting FSL report.

Taking into consideration the fact that investigation is already completed, condition No. 2 is relaxed.

The Application is ordered accordingly.
