Crl.P.No. 8036 of 2021:

Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner in the event of his arrest in FlR.No. 28012021, d|.2410-2021, on the file of P.S. Hasanparthy, Warangal District, Telangana. The Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G.Prem Kumar Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Spl. Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

" This application is filed to relax the condition No.4 by releasing the passport of the petitioner and permitting the petitioner to travel abroad to meet his daughter.

The petitioner shall move the trial Court ie., V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Warangal by filing an application for release of passport giving reasons for trail.
