Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the P.R.C. was registered as S.C. No.13 of 2014 on the file of I Additional Sessions Judge, Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh and disposed of on 25.01.2016 acquitting the petitioner - accused viz., Nambakam Eswaraiah.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition stand disposed of.
