This appeal is filed by the appellants/APSRTC aggrieved by the Order and Decree dated 02.03.2015 passed in O.P.No.120 of 2009 by the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-XV Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad (for short, the Court below). 2.

For the sake of convenience, the parties are hereinafter referred to as they were arrayed before the Court below in the original petition.

Heard Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned standing counsel appearing for the appellants/APSRTC and Sri C.Mohan Prakash, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/claimant.

Perused the material record.

At the time of hearing, learned standing counsel for the appellants/APSRTC as well as the learned counsel for the respondent/claimant stated that the subject matter in the present appeal has already been decided by this Court in MACMA.No.975 of 2015 by judgment, dated 06.12.2018, wherein the claimant has filed the said MACMA.No.975 of 2015 seeking enhancement of the compensation in O.P.No.120 of 2009. Now the present appeal is filed by the APSRTC challenging the order and decree, dated 02.03.2015, passed in the above said O.P.No.120 of 2009. A copy of the order of this Court in the afore-stated appeal is placed on record.

In view of the submissions and the earlier orders of this Court and for the reasons alike as were mentioned in the earlier orders of this Court in the afore-stated appeal, this appeal is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
