ORDER
This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "to declare that the G.O.Ms.No.22, Social Welfare (CV-2), Department dated 05.02.2001 passed by the 2nd respondent Government rejecting the appeal filed by the petitioner while conforming the proceedings No.2128/94/TW, dated 20.08.1997 issued by the 3rd respondent Collector canceling the Caste (Konda Kapu) Certificate dated 09.12.1978 issued by the 4th respondent and consequential show cause notice No.HR/4/4905, dated 24.02.2001 issued by the 1st respondent proposing a punishment of dismissal etc.
, are arbitrary, unjust, illegal, against the provisions of the principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14,16,19(1) and 21 of the Constitution of India apart from being violative of the mandatory provisions contained under AP (SC, ST and BC) Regulation of Issue of Community Certificate Act, 1993 and to grant such other relief or the reliefs as the petitioner is found entitled to in law by issuance of a writ more particularly in the nature of writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order or direction as the Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case or else the petitioner herein will be put to grate hardship and suffer irreparable loss". 2.
When the matter came up for hearing, it is represented by the counsel for the petitioner that the matter has become infructuous. 3.
