K. Ramesh v. The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY Writ Petition No.13229 of 2011 ORDER :
The Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ, order, or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in issuing the notification for appointment of Shramics in all Depots of APSRTC including Nellore Region without considering the petitioners' cases for regularization as illegal and arbitrary and direct respondents to regularize the services of petitioners as Shramics in Nellore and consequently direct the respondents to consider the representations dated 01-11-2010 and 20-01-2011 by directing respondents to regularize the services of petitioners in Nellore Depot-I.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent-Corporation has placed a copy of the order, dated 02-08-2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2249 of 2011. A perusal of the order placed by the learned Standing Counsel goes to show that, petitioners herein are seeking the same relief in the present writ petition as that of the relief prayed by petitioners in the said writ petition. Heard the learned counsel for petitioners.
According to respondents, there is no scheme formulated by the Corporation to grant regularization of persons appointed on outsourcing basis.
This Court cannot direct for regularization of services. In view of the above, the lis in the writ petition is covered by the order, dated 02-08-2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2249 of 2011 relied on by the learned standing counsel for the respondent-Corporation. For the reasons recorded in the order, dated 02-08-2016 in W.P.No.2249 of 2011, no relief can be granted in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
