THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12628 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.1396 of 2013 on the file of VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Rajendranagar. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C. If the petitioner files such petition, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law taking the profession of the petitioner into consideration. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
