ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not declaring the result of 3rd semester of Fitter Course ITI Exam and not issuing Hall Tickets for 4th semester as illegal and arbitrary. Today, at the hearing, Mr.K.Lakshman Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that in view of the interim order, dated 23.07.2015, no further adjudication of the writ petition is necessary. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.29471 and 29472 of 2015 filed by the petitioners for interim reliefs shall stand disposed of as infructuous. _________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 17th November, 2015 GHN
