HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1903 of 2016 ORDER :

Aggrieved by the order dated 01.05.2015 passed by the Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional Sessions Judge, Khammam, in Crl.MP.No.201 of 2014 in M.C.No.42 of 2014, filed under Section 125(1) Cr.P.C. by respondents 1 to 3 herein, who are wife and children, to grant interim maintenance of Rs.8,000/ - p.m. to each of them, the petitioner/ husband filed this revision.

By the impugned order, the lower Court allowed the Crl.MP. directing the petitioner herein, to pay interim maintenance of Rs.8,000/ - p.m. to respondent No.1 and Rs.2,500/ - p.m. to respondent Nos.2 and 3 each. This Court, by interim order dated 15.07.2016, modified the same to Rs.4,000/ - p.m. to the 1st respondent and Rs.2,000/ -p.m. to respondents 2 and 3 each. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is complying with the said order of this Court.

As the M.C. is of 2014 is pending for disposal, without prejudice to the contest of both sides, this Court deems it appropriate to modify the interim maintenance granted by this Court earlier to Rs.5,000/ - p.m. to the 1st respondent and Rs.4,000/ -p.m. to respondents 2 and 3 each. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of, directing the lower Court to dispose of M.C. within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
