ORDER:

Learned counsel for the respondent had already reported on 27.01.2016, as under: "Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states on instructions that a Committee, which was appointed, was already terminated and the petitioner-muthawali alone is managing. Therefore, prima facie, nothing survives in the contempt case. Post on 05.02.2015 under the caption 'For Dismissal'"

2. Since there was no representation by the petitioner, this contempt case was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Today also, nobody appears. Apparently, since petitioner-mutawalli himself is managing, the cause in the contempt case does not survive. The contempt case is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR, J February 17, 2016 DSK
