Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.3, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A.3 in Crime No.25 of 2018 of Bheemini Police Station, Mancheiral District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 487, 488 and 120B IPC. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner/A.3 surrendered before the Station House Officer, Bheemini Police Station, Mancheiral District in the instant case on 24.06.2018 and he was granted station bail.

Under these circumstances, the cause does not survive for determination.
