This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the revision petitioner/ petitioner seeking to direct the Judge, Family Court - cum - VI Additional District Judge, Nalgonda, to dispose of D.O.P.No.106 of 2017 pending on its file expeditiously.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

The docket order, dated 14.06.2019, passed in the subject D.O.P. reads as follows:

"Advocates abstained the Court. For further evidence of respondents. Call on 16-08-2019." On 16.08.2019, the Court below passed the following docket order:

"Both parties are present. I.A.No.4 of 2019 U/ o. VII, R-10 r/ w. Sec. 151 of C.P.C. is pending. Call on 04-10-2019."

On 04-10-2019, the Court below passed the following docket order:

"I.A. Pending [ U/ o-VII, R-10 r/ w. Sec. 151 C.P.C.] for further Evidence of Respondent.

Call on 23-10-2019."

From a perusal of the afore-extracted docket orders, it is clear that the Court below is dealing with the matter expeditiously. Hence, no direction as prayed for by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ petitioner can be given. There

is no infirmity in the afore- extracted docket orders. The Civil Revision Petition is devoid of merit.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
