The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of the fourth respondent in calling the petitioner to the police station frequently and harassing the petitioner and also trying to implicate him in false case, in Crime No.135 of 2019 on the file of the fifth respondent police station. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 25.11.2019, which is placed on record of this Court, submits that the fourth respondent, having received a complaint from one G.B.K.Rao, on 27.02.2019, had registered a case in Crime No.135 of 2019 for the offence under Section 384 IPC and took up investigation. During the course of investigation into the above crime, the fifth respondent called the petitioner to the police station for examination, for recording his statement, and for collection of bank statements and relevant documents, inasmuch as the petitioner had acted as a mediator in relation to the sale of the land of the complainant.

Recording the above statement made on behalf of the fourth respondent that the petitioner was called to the police station only for the purpose of recording his statement in relation to the aforestated crime and to verify the documents in connection therewith, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
