HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.598 of 2017 ORDER:

The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act stating that the respondent has willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 08.11.2016 passed in W.P.No.38029 of 2016, wherein this Court directed the respondents therein to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 14.09.2016, in accordance with law.

A counter came to be filed by the respondent/ Tahsildar stating that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, notices were given to all the aggrieved persons, including the petitioner, informing them about the enquiry to be held on 21.12.2016 at 3.00 p.m. at the office of the Tahsildar. It is said that on the said date all the parties including the petitioner attended the enquiry and submitted their arguments. Thereafter, an order came to be passed directing the parties not to organize any meetings or programs in the subject land as the subject land is covered by S.A.No.1186 of 2011 which is pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature, Hyderabad and copy of the said order also communicated to the petitioner.

-2Since the representation of the petitioner was considered in accordance with law, it cannot be said that there was any violation of the order dated 08.11.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.38029 of 2016.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
