The petitioner is the sole accused of Crime No. 145 of 2018 of Chevella Police Station, Ranga Reddy district registered for the offences punishable under section 366, 376 [2] [i] of I.P.C. Section 3 and 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences [PCSO] Act, 2012 and Section 9 and 10 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006.

2. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 19/05/2018.

3. Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State.

4. Perused the bail averments, F.I.R. and remand report of the accused.

5. A perusal of the remand report with reference to the F.I.R. allegations no-way deserve the concession of bail to the petitioner even he is in judicial custody since 19/05/2018. Hence, the application is dismissed. However, it is not a bar for further application from changed facts if at all on completion of investigation.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand disposed of.
