The grievance of the petitioner is that her application dated 10-04-2018 for renewal of registration in respect of Kosaraju Diagnostic and Infertility Centre is pending. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
