THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12885 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 4 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in Crime No.48 of 2015 on the file of Hukumpeta Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) and 20 (b)(i) of NDPS Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioners is that they are found in possession of 669 kgs., of ganja.

Since the ganja seized from the possession of the petitioners is more than commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to them.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
