Heard Mr.I.Koti Reddy for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioners challenge notice dated 04.06.2018 on several factual and legal grounds. One of the grounds raised is that the 3rd respondent does not have jurisdiction in fact and law to make enquiry into any of the grievances pertaining to the entries in Adangal/ pahani and also 1-B Register. The basis for such objection is that the representation filed by 5th respondent cannot and ought not to be treated as regular appeal. The procedure for correction of entries in Adangal and challenge to entries in 1-B Register etc., is different.

I have perused the record and noted the submissions made by Mr.Koti Reddy.

In the instant case, the 3rd respondent has issued notice on the grievance of 5th respondent. This Court is of the view that the petitioners instead of filing writ petition can raise all the objections in law and fact before 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent will consider and pass orders in accordance with law. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by this order. (a) The petitioners are given liberty to file representation before 3rd respondent

within ten days from today by enclosing a copy of this order.

(b) On filing such representation, the 3rd respondent considers each one of the objections raised by petitioners and passes orders in accordance with law.
