HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL APPEAL No.620 OF 2006 APPEAL:

Mr. S. Sareen Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the appellant S. Nanak Singh is no more. He submitted a copy of the death certificate issued by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in proof of his contention. In the said death certificate, the date of the death of the appellant is shown as 30.05.2010.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on verification, they have confirmed the death of the appellant.

3. In view of the said fact, the appeal is dismissed as abated. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
