THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1908 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not making reimbursement of one percent VAT paid by the petitioner on hire charges as illegal, arbitrary, and consequently seeking a direction to the respondents to reimburse one percent VAT paid by the petitioner on hire

charges.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents-A.P.S.R.T.C. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 20.01.2015 submitted by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
