THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10389 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking to grant bail in Crime No.651 of 2015 of Malkajgiri Police Station, Cyberabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 324 and 498-A IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The marriage between the petitioner and the de facto complainant was performed in the year 1993. The allegations against the petitioner are that he used to come to the home in a drunken condition along with another woman and when his wife questioned the same, he started beating her with stones and caused injuries and also used to harass her demanding additional dowry, for the last two years. In view of the seriousness of the allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
